You retain full ownership of all content you create within our Apps, including journal entries, photos, mantras, and video recordings. Your content is stored on your device and/or in your private iCloud account. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your content.
You agree to use our Apps and website only for their intended purposes. You may not:
Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases handled by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.
Our Apps may use Apple's iCloud (CloudKit or iCloud Drive) to sync your data across your devices. Availability and reliability of iCloud services are governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service disruptions.
Our Apps use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics by Google to collect crash reports, diagnostic data, and anonymous usage statistics to improve app stability and understand how our apps are used. These services are governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. No personal content is shared with these services.
Our Apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brutechild, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Apps or website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Brutechild, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
